***** EVO Vi EXTREME UK CAR LIMITED EDITION NUMBER 20/26 EVER PRODUCED ****** The Lancer Evo VI Extreme was produced to celebrate the model’s continued rally success at the hands of Tommi Mäkinen, and features a Ralliart-blueprinted engine with a competition-spec crankshaft, connecting rods, and forged pistons, as well as high-lift cams, a competition head gasket, a reprogrammed ECU, aluminium and titanium turbocharger components, lightened valves, revised suspension, a higher-ratio steering rack, paddle clutch, and AP Racing brakes. This example is finished in a timeless shade of silver with a gloss dark grey front splitter, rear diffuser, side skirts, and rear spoiler, over a black cloth and synthetic suede-trimmed interior, featuring front Recaro bucket seats, and a carbon-fibre-effect overlay on the centre console. It rides on the correct set of 18-inch ‘Work’ alloy wheels, shod in Bridgestone Potenza tyres. The factory specification includes a Mitsubishi-branded Momo steering wheel, centre console-mounted temperature, boost, and battery voltage gauges, a digital clock, air conditioning, electric windows, and electrically adjustable door mirrors.
